Just 3000 bottles of this wine are made each vintage due to very careful grape selection. The wine that is make is exemplary. Chardonnay and Viognier work so well togther, complimenting each others tendancy to overly rich. Here the balance is spot on, ripe and full in the palate with a fresh mouthwatering finish. Enjoy with seafood, and white meats.
